2. What data the app collects

None. BubbleEle does not collect, store or send personal data about children or adults.

• There is no sign-up and there are no user accounts.
• There is no analytics or usage tracking.
• There is no advertising.
• It does not include third-party SDKs or services.

3. What is stored on the device

If the app saves any preference, such as the sound volume, it does so only on the device itself. That information never leaves the device and is deleted when the app is removed.

4. External links and parental gate

Any external link or action outside the game, such as opening this page or writing to us, is protected by a parental gate designed so that only an adult can get past it.

5. Apple and the App Store

The app is downloaded through the App Store, which Apple operates under its own privacy policy. Apple may provide developers with aggregated, anonymous download statistics that do not identify any user.

6. Protection of children and applicable law

BubbleEle has been designed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and the laws protecting children.

For users in the United States, BubbleEle does not collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
