DRYKO Technology

AI and automation

We automate processes, integrate artificial intelligence where it adds value and set safe-use rules that comply with European law.

The challenge

Many organisations repeat by hand tasks that could be automated, while their teams already use artificial intelligence tools without rules: confidential documents are shared and decisions are automated without review.

Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 sets out obligations that are phased in according to the risk of each system. It is worth knowing early which ones affect the organisation.

What we do

01

Opportunity assessment

Processes where AI can save time or improve quality, with a realistic assessment of costs and risks.

02

Process automation

Integrations between tools, automated workflows and repetitive tasks handled by software, with human oversight at decision points.

03

Integration into processes and products

Design and implementation of AI solutions, with human oversight and control of the data.

04

Safe-use policies

Internal rules on which tools are used, with which data and under what review.

05

Adaptation to Regulation (EU) 2024/1689

Classification of systems by risk level, applicable obligations and an adaptation plan.

Deliverables

Report of prioritised opportunities.

Working automations and integrations, with their documentation.

AI use policy for the organisation.

Inventory of AI systems with their risk classification and adaptation plan.

Who it is for

01

Companies that want to automate processes or apply AI with sound judgement.

02

Organisations whose teams already use AI tools without a policy.

03

Providers and deployers of systems that may be subject to the EU AI Act.

Frequently asked questions

What is Regulation (EU) 2024/1689?

It is the European Artificial Intelligence Act. It classifies AI systems according to their level of risk and sets obligations for those who develop and use them, with phased application dates.

Does it affect us if we only use third-party tools?

It may. In addition to the obligations on providers, the Regulation sets obligations for those who use certain systems and requires adequate staff training. The assessment determines your specific situation.

What data can be entered into an AI tool?

It depends on the tool, its terms and the nature of the data. The use policy sets out which information must never be shared and when a tool with contractual safeguards is required.

Do you develop bespoke AI solutions?

Yes, within DRYKO Technology: from integrations with existing models to internal tools, always with human oversight and documentation.
